Our Bike

Here is what Shirlee & I are having fun with now while we wait for things to happen so we can find a Motorhome. It is a brand new 2008 Yamaha V-Star 1100 Silverado, painted Candy Red. I drove it home from ProCaliber Sports in Vancouver, WA last Friday (7-11-2008). It is my first 'bigger' bike and I LOVE it! Shirlee too!! (you can take that both ways) We put 150 miles on it today (7-12-008) riding up the Columbia River Gorge from Camas on SR 14 in Washington and crossed over to Oregon at Hood River. What a GREAT way to see the sites.

We are planning rides now and we have already signed up for a Charity Ride on August 9th that is sponsored by Shirlee's Credit Union (iQ) and others. We plan on having a lot of fun with 'Belle' (Shirlee just HAD to name it). Hey, it's a good name!
